The Philadelphia Freedom Band’s Marching Band hits the streets this summer with parades in parades in Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Allentown, Asbury Park and Washington, DC. The songs we’ve prepared appeal to young and old.
Want to march with us? We have opportunities for musicians and volunteer supporters. Join our practices on Monday evenings at Arch Street United Methodist Church one block north of City Hall. You’ll probably see and hear us practicing on the City of Philadelphia’s Municipal Services Building across the street. We especially appreciate volunteers who carry banners, flags and water. Get involved; you’ll have a fabulous time.
